I am feeling good about my discovery of the Bates Agency. Kent was attentive and responsive to my initial contact. Then, after completing my research, I sat down with him, and he saved me $$ on a new home owners policy with Auto-Owners Ins Co. Yes, you read that correctly, a home owners policy with a company named Auto-Owners, which I had not heard of but learned are a highly rated major player in the insurance world.

Christina looks out for the customer, works with you in order to achieve the goal of Home and Auto Insurance coverage at an affordable price. Christina is open and honest, she really cares about the customer, understands that prices are rising and really works with you to get the coverage you need.
