I am feeling good about my discovery of the Bates Agency. Kent was attentive and responsive to my initial contact. Then, after completing my research, I sat down with him, and he saved me $$ on a new home owners policy with Auto-Owners Ins Co. Yes, you read that correctly, a home owners policy with a company named Auto-Owners, which I had not heard of but learned are a highly rated major player in the insurance world.
