Best Insurance claim experience I ever experienced. Deer hit car in Alabama. Claim was made immediately, No hassles, Had to get car to authorized repair and appraisal location which was easy done with Auto-Owners Insurance help, Within a week had final resolution and Check in my hands with hours after turning over title to insurance agent ( car was totaled – salvage). Overall great experience except for deer hitting my car.

The lost art of genuine customer service has resurfaced! Kent and Aurora and staff are most efficient, knowledgeable in their field, and thorough in processing accident claims. They have always responded in a timely manner, despite the volume of calls they receive & the time it takes to review the complexities in home and automobile insurance. Aurora has always been very patient to answer ALL my many questions, year after year and always in a warm, caring, friendly manner. I love this insurance agency. Aurora and her whole team are always so polite and efficient. I can feel a warm smile through the telephone. They do a really good job at explaining your coverage, and rates; which by the way is better priced than some of the more known name companies.
