The Bates Agency II is an Independent Insurance Agency that focuses primarily on Personal lines (Auto, Home, Personal Umbrella, Boats and Motorcycles) Commercial and Life Insurance. Our goal is to establish long term relationships with our clients that allow us to serve their every insurance need.
The advantage of using an independent insurance agency is that you will never need to shop with other agencies or direct insurance carriers as we represent many top national and regional insurance carriers. We will do the shopping for you. In addition, we provide first class customer service directly through our agency. Maintaining our clients is our primary goal.
Starting in July 2026 we would like to announce our new member of The Bates Agency II family of financial and insurance services. Robert Wilson will be our point person as it relates to Health Insurance Services. Robert has over 20 years of experience in financial services and Health Insurance. In this new partnership Robert will focus on providing guidance and consultation on health insurance, Medicare, Critical Illness, and small group insurance plans.
This parentship will a natural fit with The Bates Agency II’s goal of providing one shop needs for protecting your family and property.
