The heart of every business is represented by the people who work there. Aurora Callaway , the licensed agent at the Bates Agency office in Marietta is one of the best. She has helped me with a number of issues and resolved each one with exceptional knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend this group as they are represented by people who really care.

Cannot express how Marcia at this location made acquiring home/auto insurance so extremely easy! She is very personable, actually listens to whatever you have to say, and explains everything you need to know to get the most competitive pricing. She asks the right questions and works with you in every way. Even supplies different quote scenarios so you can choose what’s best for you! What else could you ask for? I was very pleased with Marcia and The Bates Agency and would highly recommend this company and this location to everyone!

Marcia is the best when it comes to customer service. She makes sure that the customer is always happy. She makes sure any issue is resolved before it becomes an issue. I truly feel like family when speaking to her. She will go beyond the call of duty to get you the best rate possible. I would advise anyone in need of an good insurance agent to use Marcia. We have used THE BATES INSURANCE AGENCY for our commercial insurance about 4 years and will continue to use them for a lifetime.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received from the Bates Agency for the past 4 years. The customer service, particularly from Aurora Callaway, is always extraordinary. She goes above and beyond to find the coverage that I need at the best rate. I would recommend Aurora and the Bates Agency to anyone looking for insurance of any type.

The Bates Agency is a great insurance agency I use them for not only car insurance renters insurance but also life insurance. What sets this agency apart from others are the people who work there, Aurora Callaway, goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best rates. I can’t recommend them enough!
