Marcia is the best when it comes to customer service. She makes sure that the customer is always happy. She makes sure any issue is resolved before it becomes an issue. I truly feel like family when speaking to her. She will go beyond the call of duty to get you the best rate possible. I would advise anyone in need of an good insurance agent to use Marcia. Cannot express how Marcia at this location made acquiring home/auto insurance so extremely easy! The Bates Agency is a great insurance agency I use them for not only car insurance renters insurance but also life insurance. What sets this agency apart from others are the people who work there, Aurora Callaway, goes above and beyond to make sure you get the best rates. I can’t recommend them enough!
