The Bates Agency is the best, and especially working with Christina has been a great experience. She’s super responsive, easy to get in touch with, and always on top of things. What I really appreciate is that she actually listens and gives recommendations that make sense for us, not just trying to sell something. Christina is amazing !!! My store flooded with water and i called her . She had servicemaster out there in 45 min to start drying the water up . I own a fur salon and if the furs had gotten damp or molded they would have been ruined . As it happens my insurance didn’t cover the damage but I will refer Christina to all my friends for insurance . She saved my years of investment from ruin and I’m eternally grateful .
