Very helpful, responsive and efficient – just what you want in an instance company!

Best Insurance claim experience I ever experienced. Deer hit car in Alabama. Claim was made immediately, No hassles, Had to get car to authorized repair and appraisal location which was easy done with Auto-Owners Insurance help, Within a week had final resolution and Check in my hands with hours after turning over title to insurance agent ( car was totaled – salvage). Overall great experience except for deer hitting my car.

Marcia was very professional and was a great help in assisting me move my homeowners insurance to a company her agency represented at a very nice savings. I hope to have a long and successful business relationship with the bates agency.

The lost art of genuine customer service has resurfaced! Kent and Aurora and staff are most efficient, knowledgeable in their field, and thorough in processing accident claims. They have always responded in a timely manner, despite the volume of calls they receive & the time it takes to review the complexities in home and automobile insurance.
